PG has a proven track record of seeding and scaling development platforms, including Pacifico Energy Japan—the largest solar developer in Japan.

Pacifico Energy is seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler/Planner to support our portfolio of power generation projects for Data Centers. The Project Scheduler/Planner will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and optimizing project schedules across all phases of data center execution, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, EPC, operations, and external partners. Experience supporting data center projects is highly preferred.

What you get to do

  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to project timelines.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress against established schedules, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, resource allocations, and any schedule changes or deviations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and planning methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all scheduling and planning activities.

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (P6 preferred).
