About the role:
Here at A2G International, we are a leading provider of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance services. We work with US and foreign governments, international organizations as well as private-sector entities to address their needs to perform a variety of operations with our experienced crew and fleet of Cessna 337s.
A2G International is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic to join our team, reporting to our Aircraft Maintenance Lead. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining aircraft. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing aircraft, as well as maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with some flexibility.
This is not a remote position.
What you get to do:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance on all aircraft systems; piston engine, propeller, airframe flight control, landing gear, troubleshooting systems, sheet metal and composite repair.
Perform all maintenance in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, and manufacturers’ technical data.
Maintain hand and special tools in a safe and serviceable condition.
Responsible for personal and company tool accountability to include reporting unserviceable tools and equipment to appropriate responsible party.
Perform serviceability checks prior to operating powered and non-powered support equipment.
Comply with established policies procedures and standards.
Supervise and assign tasks.
Comply with all safety environmental security and housekeeping standards.
Comply with training requirements. Assists in training newly assigned personnel.
Operate vehicles both special purpose and regular as authorized.
Practice good housekeeping tool control FOD awareness/prevention and safety always.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all A2G International aircraft to include weekends and holidays.
Essential Functions:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on A2G International's fleet of aircraft
Maintain records
Maintain inventory
Make recommendations for solutions
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience
Must possess both Airframe and Power Plant certificate with no violations
Must possess Inspection Authorization
Must have current driver’s license.
Must be able to pass background check.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Minimum Five years’ experience on General Aviation aircraft
Minimum Three years supervisor experience
Strong communication skills
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Maintenance Software
